Support for Methods, Logistics, and Quality for P1 activities for new Launches:
Methods: Support for PTM methods for P1 activities. The main objective is to support runs for validation of new components and/or changes due to supplier resourcing.
R&D: The main objective is to fulfill assignments to achieve timely deliverables to the client (prototypes), support for manufacturing and/or evaluation of parts for shipment to the client.
Logistics: Support for Supply Chain PTM activities, logistics coverage, follow-up with suppliers, material release, delivery to warehouse, etc.
Quality: Support Quality PTM to validate process controls (Poka Yokes and Gauges), Create and Deploy First Parts Audits and Quality documentation for production lines.
