Job Description: Customer Service and Production Planning Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service and Production Planning Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing production planning and providing excellent customer service, with a preference for candidates experienced in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and demonstrates intermediate to advanced conversational English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage production planning activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (such as sales, logistics, and manufacturing) to align production schedules with client requirements.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and production metrics to improve processes and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or production planning, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Intermediate to advanced conversational English skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
