What are we looking for?
We are looking for Junior and Mid-Level Delivery Managers to join a global technology services operation supporting one of the world's leading enterprise software companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational flow of demands within a SAP AMS (Application Management Services) environment, managing tickets, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication between customers and technical teams to deliver high-quality services.
We are looking for organized, proactive professionals with excellent communication skills who enjoy working in multicultural environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Main responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day AMS operation, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating regularly in English and Spanish;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Conduct operational governance activities, including status meetings, operational reviews, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Identify risks, blockers, and escalation needs throughout the service lifecycle;
- Support service transitions, stabilization activities, and ongoing AMS operations;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with global teams, including PMO, Finance, Commercial, and Quality departments;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements

Experience with IT governance, SLA management, ITIL practices, and service management;
- Experience working in complex corporate environments supporting enterprise customers;
- Advanced or Fluent English;
- Advanced or Fluent Spanish;
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Nice to have

Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem;
- Previous experience in global operations or shared service centers;
- Experience with hybrid service models (AMS + Projects/Enhancements);
- ITIL, Agile, or Project Management certifications.
Work location
Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Candidates must be located in Mexico City, Mexico.
