Description
Fulger Transport Inc. is actively seeking to hire new Fuel Admin to help oversee and develop our North American Administration team. The ideal candidate would be an have experience within the Trucking Logistics Industry and a strong English ability. This individual would be an autonomous self-starter with the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote position which requires the successful candidate to have and use their own laptop, cell phone, and stable internet.

In order to succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need:
- A strong mastery of the English language.
- Strong written & email communication.
- A intermediate level of computer literacy.
- Meticulous attention to details.
- The ability to work afternoon, night, and weekend shifts as required.
The main tasks associated with this position include:
- Lead Sourcing & Research: Search for new trucking companies using tools like LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, or load boards. Verify contact details (decision-
makers, phone numbers, emails). Segment leads by size, fleet type, or region.
-Cold Calling: Actively call clients maintaining a minimum of 50 calls per work day.
Email prospect potential clients with a minimum of 10 emails per work day. All sales
activities & outcomes must be logged in the company’s progress trackers.
- Account Onboarding: Once an interested client has been identified complete all
required onboarding activities for the client to enroll them into the Fuel Program.
Provide start up troubleshooting as needed to allow the client to utilize our services.
- Account Management: Act as the first point of contact for maintaining the relationship
with all clients acquired. Assist in providing service as needed to the client. Ensure
clients are satisfied and maintain their usage of the program’s services.
- Administrative Assistance: Support and provide assistance to the Fuel Administration
Team with as needed.
- Report directly to the Fuel Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Schedule:
Afternoon shift: 12PM-8PM EST Monday - Friday
Qualifications
Experience: The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of administration experience, upper level customer service or bank telling experience.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Skills:

- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Must possess a strong work ethic.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Self-Motivated, ambitious and results driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18,500.00 per month
