We are looking for a Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will lead architecture and delivery using spec-driven development, set engineering standards, and mentor others—apply to help shape a scalable platform.
Responsibilities

Own frontend architecture decisions across component structure, state management, and performance

Define TypeScript standards and enforce consistent patterns across the codebase

Lead spec-driven development by translating specs into traceable implementations

Build fullstack features using Node.js and TypeScript to support portal capabilities
-
Review code and set engineering standards to improve quality and maintainability
-
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across distributed teams
-
Integrate developer platform extensions, templates, and render scripts into the portal

Coordinate integrations with internal tools and CI/CD capabilities within the portal
Requirements

5+ years of fullstack JavaScript experience with Node.js

Experience with TypeScript in production systems

Strong technical leadership experience leading code reviews and setting standards

Proven mentoring skills supporting and growing other engineers

Hands-on cloud platform experience with application hosting and deployments
-
Strong spec-driven development skills to deliver traceable, well-defined features
-
Strong collaboration skills across distributed, cross-functional teams

Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency, both written and spoken
Nice to have

Backstage.io experience building plugins, templates, or catalog integrations

Elastic Stack or Elasticsearch experience integrating entities and search

GitHub Copilot experience with agent-based or workflow-driven development

Terraform experience building safe execution capabilities for scripts
