Here's another spin using "Fulfillment Supervisor" language, reworked again to read fresh:
Fulfillment Supervisor – Monterrey, MX
Sola Wood Flowers is on the hunt for a Fulfillment Supervisor to join our crew at our facility in Monterrey, Mexico.
This role puts you on the front lines of our pick, pack, and ship operation. Partnering with the operations team, you'll make sure every customer order leaves the building correct and on time — and that the floor stays organized, safe, and humming along efficiently.
Experience level isn't a hard line for us. We're open to candidates with somewhere between 2 and 5+ years under their belt. Background in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, or light manufacturing is a bonus but not required. The non-negotiables are mindset, hustle, and culture fit.
Who we are
Sola Wood Flowers is reshaping what artificial florals can look like. Our wooden blooms are sustainable, gorgeous, and priced for everyday couples — which is why we're now featured in over 6% of weddings across America every year.
Our culture — and the kind of people who thrive here
Culture fit sits at the top of our hiring checklist.
We genuinely play to win. If a job needs doing and it pushes us forward, we do it.
We squeeze the most out of every resource — and we move quickly.
Numbers run our decisions. The only disagreements we have are over how to capture and interpret the data better.
We treat every problem like a chance to learn something new.
If your idea of work is a calm, clock-in/clock-out corporate gig, this won't be a match.
But if you want to:
Help scale a fast-growing brand to $100mm+ and beyond.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with smart, motivated, fun teammates who get stuff done.
Skip the politics, the filler meetings, and the corporate noise.
Share in the wins through a compensation package built on a clear, written philosophy.
…then we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day picking, packing, and shipping activity so orders ship accurately and on schedule.
- Keep inventory tight by helping with cycle counts, stock organization, and inbound receiving.
- Train, coach, and onboard new pick-and-pack team members.
- Hold the line on quality control across the packing process to keep errors and return rates low.
- Loop in the ops team on order status, bottlenecks, or anything that needs attention.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-laid-out warehouse environment.
- Track key productivity numbers and bring improvement ideas back to your manager.
- During peak volume, jump on the line and pack with the team — no task here is "beneath" anyone.
What you bring:
- Willingness to work fully on-site at our Monterrey, MX facility.
- Native or fluent Spanish. Conversational English is required.
- 2+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or light manufacturing role preferred. We'll also consider sharp candidates with less experience if the attitude is there.
- Confident with computers, including barcode scanners, inventory software, spreadsheets, and ERP platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a real sense of ownership over your work.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift packages, and keep up in a fast-moving environment.
- Open to providing references when asked. Our hiring process is intentional and thorough — we're not in the business of mishires.
- Comfortable putting in 50+ hours per week as a regular cadence.
- Solid alignment with the values listed above.
How our hiring process works & how we run things:
- When you join, we'll partner with you to lock in the KPIs you'll own and the targets you're aiming at — no guessing whether you're crushing it or coasting.
- Process flow: a casual intro chat, followed by a deeper, hands-on technical interview with the team you'd be working with. Average turnaround from first interview to decision is about 8–10 days. We're responsive and keep candidates updated.
- Internally, we run on EOS/Traction. If you've worked with Scaling Up or OKRs, you'll adapt fast. If it's new to you, a quick read-up on Traction will get you oriented.
