Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Fulfillment to lead our logistics and distribution operations in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a strategic leadership role that will oversee all fulfillment activities across our growing network, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain to develop and execute innovative logistics strategies that drive efficiency and support our business growth objectives. As we expand our North American footprint, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our fulfillment operations while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Lead and manage all fulfillment and distribution operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, reverse logistics, and value-added services across multiple sites

Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that optimize cost, service levels, inventory performance, and network efficiency while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Oversee domestic, international, and cross-border transportation operations, ensuring full compliance with Mexican customs regulations, trade requirements, and regulatory standards

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction through analytical and data-driven approaches

Manage relationships with carriers, third-party logistics providers, warehouse partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure high-performance service delivery and operational compliance

Lead inventory optimization efforts to improve product availability, inventory accuracy, and working capital efficiency through transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving

Maintain accountability for fulfillment budgets, key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and overall financial performance with decisive and analytical oversight

Provide empathetic leadership, coaching, and professional development to direct reports, fostering a supportive environment that encourages innovation and accountability

Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across all fulfillment functions, ensuring inclusive practices and open communication

Partner strategically with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to align fulfillment capabilities with business objectives and growth initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or fulfillment management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site logistics networks in high-volume environments, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations

Demonstrated expertise in cross-border logistics, international trade compliance, and customs regulations, with specific knowledge of Mexico operations preferred

Strong background in inventory management, optimization, and working capital efficiency

Experience managing third-party logistics providers, carriers, and warehouse partners in a collaborative and results-oriented manner

Proficiency with logistics technology systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make decisive, informed decisions

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability

Excellent leadership and team development capabilities with a commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
