About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety andEnvironment Supervisor, you will supervise a team responsible for creating and
implementing health, safety,and environmental programs for clients.
This job is part of theEnvironment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizationalprograms and
procedures to safeguardemployees and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing HSEprograms and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
Evaluate new and existingprograms to assess suitability and the need for changes.
Support the process formonitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
Act as a resource to staff andinternal customers as the subject matter expert.
Oversee plans, playbooks, andprocedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively
implemented.
Identify opportunities toreduce costs while enhancing the quality of services. Respond to customermember
concerns regarding HSEmatters.
Establish work schedules anddelegate tasks to staff members.
Resolve complex problems andidentify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team
objectives.
May establish new techniquesto ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Has a direct impact on theteam objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure personal and teamoutcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the
application of basic knowledgeof practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree
English Advanced
Up to 5 years of experience inHSE ( Regulations in Construction andFacilities Management)
Prior shift manager orsupervisory experience
In-depth understanding of arange of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job functionand basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Expert knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outloook, etc
