Senior MLOps Engineer (Cloud & AI)
Your Role
As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful deployment, scalability, and performance of AI/ML solutions in production environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and industrialize machine learning systems that drive revenue generation and business optimization.
You will:
- Build, maintain, and document reusable machine learning frameworks and Python packages across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and manage reusable feature stores for both rules-based systems and AI/ML models.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure model performance, reliability, and effectiveness in production.
- Design and automate CI/CD pipelines aligned with MLOps best practices for testing and deployment.
- Optimize and refactor code, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of ML systems.
Your Profile
- Strong experience designing and scaling machine learning systems and data-driven products in collaborative environments.
- Solid software engineering and DevOps background, including CI/CD, version control, and object-oriented programming.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and data analytics ecosystems (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark) with strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools such as MLflow or Azure DevOps.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into solutions.

Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
