About the Role:
Our vibrant international school in Mexico City is seeking a passionate, empathetic, and analytical IB Psychology HL Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year. Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Teaching: Plan and deliver highly engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with the current IB Psychology Higher Level (HL) guide, adapting to the diverse needs of our student body.

Research & Assessment: Guide students in developing sophisticated research, analytical, and academic writing skills, preparing them thoroughly for both IB internal (IA) and external assessments.

Professional Engagement: Participate actively in academic department meetings, collaborative planning, continuous professional development, and official IB training.

Mentorship: Support adolescent development by creating a safe, positive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Who You Are:

Qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Pedagogy, or a closely related field.

Experienced: Proven experience teaching IB Psychology (HL preferred) within international school settings.

Master Communicator: Advanced, fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English to deliver academic content seamlessly.

Organized: Ability to manage deadlines for grading, internal assessments, and school reports with high attention to detail.
