Title: Operations Coordinator – Construction & Real Estate Support
Pay: MX$120 – MX$223 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
Expected hours:
Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
Crawford Construction Corp is seeking an organized and reliable Operations Coordinator to provide direct administrative and operations support to the owner/CEO while helping manage daily construction, property maintenance, and real estate-related tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable helping with scheduling, work order coordination, vendor follow-ups, client communication, project tracking, estimates, invoices, recruiting follow-ups, and daily administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the owner/CEO with daily priorities, follow-ups, scheduling, and task organization
- Help schedule appointments, work orders, vendors, tenants, and client follow-ups
- Track project updates, pending estimates, invoices, approvals, and client requests
- Help organize calendars, task lists, notes, and follow-up items
- Communicate professionally with vendors, tenants, clients, and internal team members
- Update project trackers and maintain clear notes
- Support recruiting follow-ups and administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare daily status summaries and flag items that need attention
- Help keep construction, property maintenance, and real estate operations organized and moving forward
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, calendars, and online task systems
- Able to follow instructions and provide clear updates
- Reliable, professional, and responsive during business hours
- Construction, real estate, property management, or maintenance coordination experience is a plus
