We are looking for someone with team management and quality control experience to lead a team of voice data annotators in Brazilian Portuguese. Responsibilities include defining guidelines, training new staff, handling edge cases, and conducting quality audits of the team's work.
Requirements
- Native Brazilian Portuguese
- Fluent English (B2-C1 level or higher)
- 1-2+ years of experience in voice annotation, audio quality control, or similar roles
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train staff, resolve exceptions, and audit quality
