We are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to lead the development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions across a variety of initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion, sustainability, and e-commerce. This role is critical in delivering high-quality packaging that meets consumer expectations while ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions across growth initiatives (new products, channels, and markets), quality improvements, material sourcing, sustainability, and e-commerce.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Innovation, Safety, Quality, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities that meet consumer and business needs.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in packaging, supporting qualification and approval processes for new packaging formats, suppliers, and manufacturing locations.

Manage packaging validation activities, including assembly, submission, and testing to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Develop and drive systems and processes to align R&D specifications with supplier quality requirements and deliverables.

Interface with suppliers to ensure packaging components meet design and performance specifications.

Partner with manufacturing site operations and R&D teams to plan and implement new packaging solutions effectively.

Proactively identify potential risks related to packaging transfers and address them early or escalate when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

2–5 years of experience in packaging development and/or engineering.

Strong knowledge of packaging design, quality systems, plant operations, and manufacturing equipment.

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
