Position focused on the lead preparation area: wire cutting, intermediate processes, and stamping.
Ensure that production areas have the necessary elements (methods, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and human resources) for the efficient execution of the production plan in qualitative and quantitative terms.
Efficiently and safely manage these resources.
As well as ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and procedures
Administration of operational personnel.
Administration of materials and equipment under their responsibility, ensuring proper use.
Ensure the accurate execution of the production plan.
Maintain a healthy and motivated work environment.
Ensure proper execution of processes and quality standards.
Meet and improve the KPIs assigned to their function.
Maintain the area of responsibility within the overall 5S parameters.
Resolution of operational and labor issues.
Ensure prompt and appropriate escalation of issues that are out of control or that impact operational results.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict management
- 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor in the Automotive, Electrical, or Electronics Maquiladora Industry
