We are looking for a strong 360 Recruitment Consultant who can own the full recruitment cycle from winning client work through to delivering excellent candidates and closing placements.
This role suits someone who enjoys both sides of recruitment: building relationships with clients and getting close to the candidate market. You’ll be working across multiple live projects, often with senior stakeholders, so strong communication, ownership and commercial confidence are key.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition through to placement
- Building and developing new client relationships through business development
- Delivering high-quality candidates across multiple senior searches
- Managing several projects at the same time with clear ownership and pace
- Speaking confidently with clients and candidates, mainly across the US market
- Working closely with the internal team to improve delivery, process and client experience
- Providing clear updates and maintaining strong communication throughout each search
- Representing Vu Nexus professionally in the market
What we’re looking for
- 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 role
- Proven success in both business development and candidate delivery
- Experience working on senior, specialist or high-level hiring mandates
- Strong ownership and the ability to manage projects independently
- Comfortable managing multiple roles, clients or searches at once
- Strong judgement, pace and accountability
- Ability to work effectively with US-based clients and adapt to time zone requirements
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience working with international clients, especially in the US
- Background in agency recruitment or executive search
- Experience mentoring, supporting or managing other recruiters
- Exposure to fintech, payments, SaaS, commercial or sales hiring
What success looks like
You will be successful in this role if you can independently manage and close roles, create new client opportunities, deliver strong candidate shortlists and keep momentum across multiple projects without needing constant supervision.
We are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded and genuinely comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can build trust with clients, represent candidates well and help Vu Nexus continue to grow.
