Job Purpose:
Complete lease administration including payment process. Manage multiple projects/activities that include tracking for all the BU requests. Consolidate data, create, and provide reporting to senior management. First line of support to Site Managers, Accounting, Asset management, and property owners. Monitor compliance of corporate programs and processes. Fully understand corporate real estate responsibilities and functions, real estate strategies, and the blending of these with functional and corporate objectives.
Your tasks:

Communication with sites for notices from landlords.

Look for the correct administration of lease agreement.

Give visibility for next expirations and important appointments inside and outside CRE

Creation of reports to describe usage, cost or other information.

Develop and maintain a central repository of facility data and information.

Lead cost savings initiatives program, submitting ideas, supporting the implementation of initiatives and tracking savings.

Develop and deploy consolidated reporting, analyze reports and provide summary to end-user and senior management.

Prepare & distribute monthly reports

Support lease interpretation & analytical reviews

Maintain and validate documentation: SOP's, job aids, process flows, contingency plans, and Period-end timetables.

Ensure the financial accounts (balance sheets, P&L and Notes) are kept in line with IFRS16, LEAP Coordinators, Deutsche Post DHL policy and guidelines, and the DHL Regional Business Unit Operating Model.

Invoices amounts vs lease agreement verifications.

Support the audit process (internal and external) in the most efficient way

Additional tasks/projects may vary according with annual KPI’s & customer centricity feedback.

Develop strong, trusting relationships with regional FM leads and executives.

Your profile:
Education Level
-
Bachelor’s degree in administration or related.
-
Technical and maintenance training/knowledge
Experience Level
-
1-3 years of relevant Commercial, Lease Administration, Corporate Real Estate experience
-
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
