At Certified Roofing, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier exterior home improvement and commercial roofing solutions. We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and detail-oriented Remote Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Answer incoming calls professionally and follow up diligently with potential customers.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule multiple appointments daily for our field team across various services, including:
- Commercial & Residential Roofing
- Siding
- Windows & Doors
- Roof Repairs
- Lead Management & Data Entry: Accurately update, log, and "result" leads within our system.
- Customer Communication: Send professional text messages and follow-up emails to keep prospects engaged.
- Accepting payments and sending invoices
- Scheduling Installation
Job Requirements (Must Have)
- Language: Must be 100% fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven Experience: A track record of successfully booking multiple appointments per day, handling data entry, and managing customer follow-ups.
- Exclusivity: This is a dedicated, single-employer position. You must work exclusively for Certified Roofing during your shift.
- Video Availability: Must be available on camera for 2 daily video team meetings/check-ins.
Preferred Experience (Highly Desired)
- Home Services Background: Experience in appointment setting specifically for the home services industry is highly appreciated.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with roofing, siding, windows, doors, solar, HVAC, or plumbing is strongly desired and will put your application at the top of the list.
