We are in search of a systematic and results-focused Project Manager to direct the planning, execution, and prompt delivery of our IT and software development initiatives. In this role, you will function as the key force keeping projects on time, within financial limits, and true to their intended scope. You will work in close coordination with engineering teams, product managers, and outside partners to structure timelines, oversee resources, manage risks, and ensure a smooth process from initiation to completion. Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and construct detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones that align with wider business goals

Help distribute engineering resources efficiently across ongoing initiatives

Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation

Recognize potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles in advance

Develop mitigation plans and bring critical issues to leadership's attention before they jeopardize deadlines

Serve as the main point of contact for questions regarding project status

Provide consistent, transparent, and focused progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

Supervise day-to-day project work to keep key milestones on track

Manage deployment and release activities in partnership with engineering and operations teams
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles

At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals

A minimum of 2 full-cycle project experiences, or participation in several projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), with experience in both Traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum approaches considered a major plus

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, combined with strong attention to detail

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and produce results without formal authority

Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet

PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification seen as a strong advantage

Solid English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
