This role involves providing Tier 1-3 administration, support, and maintenance for the entire Salesforce ecosystem, with primary responsibility for the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the complex Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ - SteelBrick) application. Will be responsible for day-to-day user management and configuration, resolving end-user issues, maintaining platform health, and implementing minor enhancements (e.g., custom objects, validation rules) and most importantly supporting existing quotes, contracts, changes, and amendments to existing agreements with our customers.
