We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to help convert business needs into clear, approved user stories and solution designs within an Agile Scrum team. The role involves collaborating closely with business users and the delivery team to eliminate ambiguity, document processes, and enable ongoing knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities

Gather business requirements through working sessions to define complete user stories and secure business approval

Draft user stories with business rules, Definition of Done (DoD), and Definition of Ready (DoR) aligned to business expectations

Guarantee that requirements are unambiguous and closed to interpretation before development begins

Coordinate and monitor the creation of mockups, wireframes, or prototypes to support visual design for each requirement

Build process flow diagrams to document business requirement workflows

Attend assigned Scrum ceremonies and contribute as the business analysis point of contact

Enable continuous knowledge transfer with a designated backup to ensure operational continuity in partnership with the cell lead

Support Joint Solution Design to confirm user stories are included and addressed per business expectations
Requirements

1+ years of experience applying Agile methodology in delivery teams

Background in consultancy and requirements elicitation with business users

Familiarity with health claims insurance processes or projects

Basic leadership skills to coordinate with a cell lead and support a backup for continuity

Competency in user story writing, including business rules, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD)

Skills in process documentation to produce clear flow diagrams and functional documentation

Strong communication skills to facilitate working sessions and secure business approvals

English level: B1 or higher (both spoken and written)
