We are seeking a Field Specialist – Wireline Services to lead and execute field operations, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to safety standards, and delivery of high-quality data and services to our customers.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising wireline operations, including logging and perforating services. You will lead field crews, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and act as a key technical point of contact at the wellsite.
Leading and coordinating field crews during wireline operations at wellsite locations.
Planning and executing services including:

Open Hole Logging
-
Cased Hole Logging
-
Perforating operations
Ensuring proper selection, assembly, and operation of:
-
Logging tools
-
Perforating systems
-
Pressure Control Equipment (PCE)
Assessing well conditions and validating operational programs to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and company policies.
Identifying operational risks and making real-time decisions to mitigate potential issues.
Supervising data acquisition quality during operations and ensuring accurate results.
Preparing post-job technical reports and field documentation.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for operational or equipment-related issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas field operations.
Demonstrated experience in wireline services, including logging and perforating.
Experience leading field teams and coordinating on-site operations.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including extended hours, weekends, and offshore/onshore assignments.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems in real time.
Strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
Results-driven mindset.
