Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and systems-oriented Concierge Builder to partner directly with department leaders in identifying operational pain points and transforming complex workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions. This role acts as a bridge between operations and technical teams — translating real-world business challenges into functional workflows, tools, reports, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker with experience in process improvement, workflow design, stakeholder management, and operational problem-solving. This role is heavily focused on building phase-one solutions, validating workflows with stakeholders, and preparing scalable handoffs to Builder or development teams.
Work Setup:
- Independent contractor role
- Fully remote – open to candidates based in Mexico
- Must be available to collaborate with US-based teams and stakeholders during business hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads and operational teams to identify workflow gaps, operational pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Map current-state processes and design scalable workflow solutions and automation strategies
- Build and prototype phase-one operational tools, workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted processes using internal systems and platforms
- Establish and maintain reliable sources of truth for operational and business-critical data
- Create validation processes, reporting structures, and exception tracking to improve data accuracy and visibility
- Collaborate closely with Builder and development teams to transition validated solutions into scalable production systems
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and process walkthroughs to support adoption of new tools and workflows
- Translate ambiguous operational challenges into actionable plans, workflows, and technical requirements
- Track and quantify project impact including efficiency gains, time savings, error reduction, and operational ROI
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Sales Operations, Internal Operations, Field Operations, Sales, and Finance Operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Solutions Consulting, Technical Project Management, or similar roles
- Strong systems-thinking and workflow-mapping capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally between operations, leadership teams, and technical/development teams
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable workflows and functional solutions
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI platforms, databases, APIs, reporting tools, or workflow systems
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to operational efficiency and data integrity
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows
- Ability to independently drive projects from discovery through prototype validation and handoff
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the residential solar industry or renewable energy sector
- Background in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Operations Consulting, or Internal Systems Strategy
- Experience with Monday.com, Confluence, workflow automation tools, or AI-assisted operational platforms
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
- Experience in change management or organizational design initiatives
