In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our daily scheduling and dispatch operations, ensuring seamless communication between our clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Tracking & Monitoring: Oversee shipment progress, track orders, and provide real-time status updates to maintain supply chain transparency.
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinate daily logistics schedules, set up appointments, and dispatch tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day logistics operations, troubleshoot transit delays, and resolve issues promptly.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital logs and system records for all operational activities.
- Client & Internal Communication: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication between all parties.
Requirements
- Logistics Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent, professional work experience in the logistics field is strictly required. This includes experience within shipping, marine, trucking, dispatching, scheduling, or freight operations.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are required to effectively correspond with US-based clients and teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing logistics tracking software, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Core Skill Set: Strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
