We’re seeking an experienced Tech Lead to provide strong technical leadership and hands-on guidance for building scalable backend and full-stack systems in a modern technology environment. You’ll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, long-term engagement.
What You’ll Do
Lead backend development efforts using Java/Spring Boot (primary) and Python/Django.
Provide technical direction and architecture across the full stack, including React, Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, and MongoDB.
Own the delivery of complex projects from design through deployment.
Mentor and lead engineers while managing technical ambiguity and making key decisions.
Contribute to and improve build/deployment pipelines and engineering best practices.
What You Need
7+ years of strong experience with Java / Spring Boot (primary) and Python / Django building scalable backend systems.
Deep full-stack technical depth including React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB, with hands-on knowledge of architecture and deployment.
Proven technical leadership experience – successfully leading engineers, managing ambiguity, and owning project delivery.
