Position Summary
Cover Desk Mexico is seeking experienced bilingual professionals based in Monterrey to support U.S.-based insurance agencies as Virtual Assistants specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
In this role, you will provide customer service and operational support across personal lines insurance processes, including policy servicing, documentation, and communication with clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day insurance operations and a positive customer experience.
Job Details
- Work Setup: 100% Work from Home in Monterrey, N.L.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday only (Weekends Off)
- Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: $17,600 MXN gross/month with bonus eligibility and allowances

Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (P&C Insurance), you will:
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from U.S.-based insurance customers
- Provide support with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage details (Home, Auto, and other personal lines)
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally
Policy & Account Support
- Assist with policy servicing tasks such as endorsements, renewals, and updates
- Review and verify customer information and documentation for accuracy
- Prepare and process policy-related documents and service requests
Operational & Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates across multiple platforms
- Maintain accurate records within agency management systems and carrier portals
- Support workflow tracking to ensure timely service delivery
Collaboration & Escalation
- Coordinate with U.S.-based agents, carriers, and internal teams
- Transfer or escalate complex or licensed inquiries to appropriate team members
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have a collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
Property & Casualty insurance (preferred) or
Insurance support role
- Experience in policy servicing, insurance operations, or agency support is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems, carrier portals, or similar platforms
- High-speed internet (50 MBPS or higher)
- Backup home internet connection (Required)
- Reliable electricity and personal mobile phone with data plan
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home
- Must reside in the Monterrey metropolitan area
- Available for immediate hiring
