3+ years of practical experience in manufacturing operations.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
Proven track record in tool design and development.
Experience in programming and operating automated equipment.
Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
