Requirements:
- Advanced English is essential
- High school and/or completed or truncated degree
- Must live in CDMX or Mexico State
- Demonstrable experience in serving bilingual clients or in a similar position
Speed ??and experience in typing or data entry
- Experience in emergency situations is desirable

- Judgment and critical thinking
- Computer skills and fluency in browsing applications

- Schedules from Monday to Sunday. from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Rolled days off during the week)
