Ensure all implementations comply with internal security standards, governance policies, and ITIL best practices.
Plan and execute platform upgrades while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
Partner with ITSM process owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for ServiceNow-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
