Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting in line with Group standards and local regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely execution of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process
Manage full financial administration (GL, assets, taxes, provisions, reconciliations, closings)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Produce financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and local legislation
Monitor cash levels and identify financial deviations
Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting
Knowledge of local regulations and Group reporting standards
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required
