We are seeking a Regional Sales Leader to bridge the gap between U.S. innovation and Mexico’s industrial manufacturing sector.

What You’ll Do:
Consultative Selling: Act as a technical advisor to engineers and procurement heads, solving "high-heat" challenges with specialized fabrics (including Aramids, Nomex, Fiberglass, and Rayon).
Market Expansion: Identify new applications for performance fabrics in heavy industrial sectors.
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain the link between major Mexican "cut-and-sew" fabrication sites and industrial end-users.
The Ideal Profile:
The "Hunter" Mentality: 5–7 years of proven success in Industrial or Technical Sales.
Preferred Expertise: Ideally, you have experience selling industrial materials and fabrics, specifically those used in high-heat environments (e.g., Aramid fabrics, Fiberglass, Nomex, and specialized Rayon).
Business Fluency: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to navigate corporate contracts and technical demos.
Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Mexican industrial landscape and the ability to travel within Mexico and to CA, AZ, and TX.
Global Mobility: Must have a valid U.S. Visa for cross-border meetings and technical trainings.
Adaptability: If your background is in a different industrial sector, you must have the technical aptitude to master our material science quickly.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
