Overview
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Colgate is a vibrant and driven group, committed to attracting top-tier talent for Colgate Palmolive. It's an exciting time to join us! Our Talent Acquisition Partners are recruiting advisors who oversee the entire hiring process. They offer strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners. The TA Specialist also ensures an excellent experience for both candidates and employees throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for our business clients teams by sourcing, reviewing resumes, and managing candidates through the interview process.
Conduct detailed kick-off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.
Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.
Collaborate with the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology.
Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience.
Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices using tools (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast) in order to influence the business and HR on profile, sourcing approaches and talent mapping.
Participate in TA project work and technology reviews and implementations.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in E2E Talent Acquisition processes, preferably in a multinational environment.
Prior experience with TA-specific technologies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS etc.)
Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development
