Job Description:
As an Associate I, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of critical operational information. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop experience in data analysis, research, process management, and the use of specialized systems and tools.
You will be responsible for researching, reviewing, and processing assigned cases in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand and follow instructions, and sound judgment to identify inconsistencies or situations that require additional review.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow. You should be comfortable receiving and applying feedback, communicating questions clearly, and working collaboratively in a team environment. Ongoing training and guidance will help you strengthen your technical knowledge, improve your decision-making skills, and progressively develop greater autonomy.
Your work will directly contribute to the quality, continuity, and efficiency of the department’s operations while supporting the achievement of service, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities

Research, review, and accurately process assigned cases using the department’s systems and tools.

Review information carefully and identify missing data, inconsistencies, or potential risks.

Escalate situations that fall outside established procedures or require additional validation.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the completeness of assigned activities.
