At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Team Leader – Client Services who brings strong capability in people leadership, stakeholder partnering, and data-driven decision making, and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
You’ll lead a high-performing team supporting the PepsiCo account, develop team capability through coaching, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of interview specialists and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes and a strong candidate experience.
- Set clear objectives and use regular quality conversations, including weekly 1:1s, to support performance, wellbeing, and development.
- Apply your coaching skills to build technical and strategic capability across the team and ensure development plans are in place.
- Drive team engagement, accountability, and performance against key service and delivery metrics.
- Use your stakeholder partnering skills to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, the Client Partnering team, and internal leadership.
- Respond to escalations in a timely manner and guide the team toward effective issue resolution.
- Apply your analytical skills to review reports, identify trends, and present insights that support decision making and continuous improvement.
- Audit interviews and use your feedback and coaching skills to improve quality and consistency across the team.
- Support candidate screening activity, including cases requiring accommodation, while maintaining a high standard of care and process integrity.
- Ensure accurate tracking in relevant systems, support compliance with legislation, and identify risks or scope changes where needed.
- Demonstrated ability in people leadership, coaching, and performance management within a talent acquisition, recruitment, or client services environment.
- Strength in stakeholder partnering, with the ability to build trusted relationships across client and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability in data literacy, reporting, and trend analysis, with confidence turning insights into action.
- Strength in escalation management, problem solving, and decision making in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition delivery, recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle management, and relevant compliance requirements.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, along with confidence using recruitment systems and MS Office.
- Experience leading teams in an RPO, MSP, or outsourced talent environment.
- Familiarity with high-volume hiring or enterprise client accounts.
- Experience supporting training, audit, or quality programs, such as License to Hire.
- Awareness of inclusive hiring practices and supporting candidates requiring accommodation.
