Es responsable de asegurar la correcta administración del personal asignado a su cargo, asegurando retroalimentación oportuna sobre desempeño, evaluaciones, incidencias acordes al Reglamento, Políticas e Iniciativas Internas. Así mismo deberá asegurar la ejecución de los procesos por parte del equipo de trabajo, liderar las operaciones de producción diarias y actividades de coordinación de los equipos de trabajo asignados y de soporte en un ambiente de manufactura flexible para el alcance de los objetivos del área.
Carrera Terminada (Pasante) o Titulado en Ingeniería (preferente) o carreras afines.
EXPERIENCIA
Mínima de 1 año en áreas de producción en industria de manufactura como Líder de Produccion.
Manejo de programas de Microsoft office nivel Básico y programas de aplicación. Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de manufactura esbelta (deseable).
