As an Industrial Engineer at OESL, you will be responsible for planning and managing the manufacturing capacity of the plant while ensuring customer requirements are continuously met. You will coordinate engineering changes, maintain manufacturing data in SAP, and support new product launches to achieve operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Manage and define the overall plant capacity.
· Keep customer requirements and capacity information updated.
· Coordinate Engineering Changes and ensure their implementation.
· Create and maintain manufacturing routes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
· Administer IMDS requirements.
· Support RFQ quotations for new products and engineering changes.
· Perform time studies and maintain customer capability databases.
· Participate in new product launches and Run @ Rate activities.
· Maintain customer capacity portals and documentation.
· Manage Customer Tooling and Fixed Assets.
. Participate in cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry.
· Intermediate English (preferred).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer requirements.

· PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Basic.
· Lean Manufacturing: Basic.

· Experience with Engineering Changes.
· Knowledge of IMDS.
· Capacity planning and time study analysis.
