How you will make an impact
The CTD LATAM Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and strategic business partnering support to our Mexico business. This role combines controllership and business partnering responsibilities, working closely with the General Manager and operational leaders across the site.
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in delivering actionable financial insights, supporting decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. Additionally, this role will drive financial discipline, ensure compliance, and build and develop a high-performing finance team.
What you will do

Lead the monthly close process in close partnership with local third-party accounting firm, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information from account reconciliation through reporting.

Partner closely with the General Manager and Operations team to prepare monthly business reviews, delivering analytical insights and actionable plans to drive performance.

Coordinate the monthly billing cycle in partnership with Operations and Intercompany teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business requirements.

Manage the monthly forecasting process, identifying, communicating, and driving actions on risks and opportunities.

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high service levels and accuracy across payments, cash management, and tax-related processes.

Serve as a point of reference for data integrity, driving process improvements and automation through the effective use of tools.
Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Work Experience w/ a Big 4 is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and automation, leveraging tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy; advanced Excel skills are required

Strong attention to detail and high level of process rigor

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, accurate, and reliable work in a fast-paced environment
