We are an architecture and interior design studio working with clients across the United States, and beyond. We design spaces that change the way people live and work, and we're looking for the person who can turn our ideas into executed, on-time, on-budget reality.
We have the vision, the designers, and the clients. What we need is someone who can own the process end to end, from the first Revit model to the final walkthrough, and keep every project moving without losing precision.
What you'll do:
- Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation and delivery
- Build and manage detailed Revit models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and coordination across disciplines
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes, flagging risks before they become problems
- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants in both English and Spanish
- Run internal design reviews and keep the creative team aligned with project goals and deadlines
- Prepare and present project documentation, drawings, and progress reports to leadership and clients
- Ensure every deliverable meets our firm’s design standards and technical quality
- Anticipate problems on-site or in production and solve them before they escalate
What we're looking for:
- Fluent English speaker, this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Hands-on, advanced proficiency in Revit, this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Licensed architect, with 3+ years of experience managing projects
- Real project management skills: timelines, scopes, and the discipline to keep all honest
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with clients and directing a technical team
- Detail-oriented mindset without losing sight of the bigger design vision
- Experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, and multi-disciplinary teams
