Objectives of the position:
- Meet the quality objectives of the process.
- Perform production tasks according to the production plan.
- To direct the organization of the personnel of each process.
- Resolve abnormal situations in the workshop and report to the factory manager.
- Train new employees.
Requirements and skills:
- College degree or above, Industrial or Electrical Engineer.
- EMS experience, 3 years or more of production management experience in the EMS industry.
- Speak English, able to communicate in oral English.
- Handling of measuring instruments
- Have good organizational communication and coordination skills, and have certain data processing and analysis capabilities.

- Monthly salary from $25,000 to $35,000 MXN
