Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Project Management, the Project Coordinator supports Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role manages and distributes incoming project deliverables, monitors progress, and ensures tasks are completed according to established standards and timelines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
- Monitor project schedules and proactively close out tasks to meet deadlines
- Prioritize and complete assignments quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Identify workflow issues, troubleshoot problems, and notify teams of deadlines at risk
- Route work for internal and external approvals
- Conduct research and apply findings creatively to projects
- Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while multitasking across projects
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude while working well under pressure
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Work independently with minimal supervision while providing consistent support to the team
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Proficiency in roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
