Insights & Analytics Consulting Sr. Specialist

The Insights & Anlytics Consulting Sr. Specialist accelerates adoption of Distinctive Insights & Analytics (DI&A) capabilities by translating business priorities into a governed portfolio of data products, experiments, and decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities

DI&A Consulting / Demand intake: Act as the single front door to intake, triage, and shape cross-functional requests into clear use cases aligned to the DI&A roadmap.

Prioritization & value realization: Facilitate prioritization with stakeholders; define success KPIs and track adoption/value through core business rhythms.

Experimentation enablement: Build and manage an experimentation portfolio—define hypotheses, designs, KPIs, owners, and ensure readouts translate into decisions/actions (without owning targeting/segmentation execution).

Decision trace: Ensure major DI&A-enabled initiatives have end-to-end traceability (insight decision action KPI outcome) and close learning loops.

KPI dictionary & stewardship alignment: Drive consistent use of governed KPI definitions; coordinate metric changes with Data Governance and business stewards.

Data Product Management and Operations: Design & develop data product roadmaps and E2E pipelines based on business requirements. Deploy and monitor data products. Conduct training of data products if required.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).

Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in analytics/business consulting, performance management, commercial operations, or similar roles in a matrix environment (healthcare/pharma preferred).

Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of analytics products and influence decisions with senior stakeholders.

Experience working with KPI frameworks, governance, or controlled change processes

Technical Skills

Strong Excel skills; able to validate calculation logic and reconcile performance results.

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data concepts; SQL familiarity preferred.

Comfort working with structured documentation, controls, and traceability requirements.

Core competencies Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to influence without authority.Structured thinking, prioritization, and problem solving.High ownership, attention to detail, and integrity.Clear communication in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting workshops for mapping and prioritization of data products, and aligning them with business priorities and opportunities.

Experience setting up experimentation programs (portfolio, templates, readouts), even if not running the analyses personally.

Familiarity with data governance practices (KPI dictionaries, stewardship councils, change control).
