Position Summary
The HR Intern will support Human Resources operations by assisting with employee records, onboarding processes (DOJO), and administrative activities. This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, supporting a smooth onboarding experience, and contributing to efficient HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The intern will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in HR processes and workforce management.

Required Qualifications

Position Overview
The HR Intern will support onboarding and employee records management by maintaining personnel files, ensuring documentation is complete, and assisting with new hire integration activities. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding sessions, following up with new employees, and supporting employee service requests such as documentation and benefits updates.
The role also involves tracking key HR metrics, supporting HR Pulse surveys, and assisting in reporting and process documentation. The intern will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
