Job Title: Business Funding SDR / Appointment Setter
Job Description: We are looking for a driven and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing outreach team. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to cold leads — small and medium-sized business owners who may benefit from a business funding and payment processing solution.
Your primary responsibility is to spark interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with our senior consultants, who will conduct the full discovery session and close the business.
This is a great fit for someone with phone-based sales or appointment-setting experience who is comfortable speaking with entrepreneurs and business owners in a cold outreach environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to cold leads consisting of small and medium-sized business owners
- Open the conversation professionally and generate interest in a business funding and payment processing solution
- Clearly explain, at a high level, the value of revenue-based capital and fee-eliminating payment processing (training provided)
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and identify decision-makers where applicable
- Schedule appointments for our senior consultants to conduct full discovery calls
- Accurately log call activity, notes, and appointment outcomes in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on lead quality and refine outreach messaging
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is required
- Strong English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- C2 Level English required
- Comfortable making high-volume cold outbound calls in a structured environment
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate the value of business funding and financial solutions (training provided)
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
