Responsibilities
- Support the client post go-live and provide resolution to issues and questions
- Engage in client projects as required
- Update configurations and settings
- Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the SCM modules
- Work with clients to develop solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met
- Assist in documentation and provide training
- Collaborate with technical resources for integrations, documentation, and complex issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between client teams, both technical and functional in nature
Present updates to clients on a regular basis

Preferred experience
- Working specifically with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement work areas
- Hands on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testing
- Experience working alongside and communicating directly with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
