At Siemens, we are looking for an Integration Specialist to support and enhance integrations across our global application landscape, with a strong focus on Workday and connected enterprise systems.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, helping ensure seamless data exchange between applications while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, maintain, and support integrations between Workday and enterprise applications.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.

Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements and recommend solutions.

Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution activities across existing integrations.

Create and maintain interface specifications, field mappings, process flows, and technical documentation.

Monitor integration performance, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.

Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Siemens' global integration landscape.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience working with application integrations, interfaces, or enterprise systems.

Experience with XML, JSON, and data transformation concepts.

Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, WSDL, and web service integrations.

Experience working with SQL and data validation activities.

Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts.

Understanding of secure file transfer mechanisms and integration best practices.

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a global environment.

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with Workday integrations or Workday data structures.

Knowledge of JSLT or other transformation languages.

Experience working with HR systems, ERP platforms, or cloud-based enterprise applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
