- Develop purchase orders based on MPR demand
- Ensure Order are compliance with company policy and procedure.
- Monitor all purchase orders and maintain effective relationship with vendors
- Team work with all departments.
- Develop and maintain item master information, and update purchasing data in Cloud.
- Monitor for transport damage and return goods or scrap in house.
- Perform troubleshoot on all invoice and price issues along with delivery related problems.
- Maintain effective customer services and ensure timely delivery and maintain track of product progress and development.
- Monitor potential stock out caused by delivery delays or order increases and take necessary actions to ensure availability of product.
- Prepare agreements and evaluate all quotes on new product, and ensure accuracy and price for same.
- Review usage and overstocked Excess and Obsolete
- Manage all communication and negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery terms to reduce inventory levels and cost.
- Monitor all returns to vendors and coordinate with accounting departments and warehouses
