Implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in the plant, share the best practice improvements with QMS Corporate function or other CMSBU plants

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field or related
- Minimum 5 years' experience being a QMS coordinator or QMS lead in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive industry
- Team player with excellent leadership skills including interpersonal, oral and written capabilities coupled with a pro-active and hands-on working mentality
- Working knowledge of Statistical analysis, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Gage R&R and Control Plans
- Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of IATF 16949, 27001-TISAX and ISO 13485 and other related management system standards and ISO 19011.
- Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of ESDS 20.20
- Knowledge in customer requirements VDA6.3, BIQS, MSA-Q1, GM 9 + 2 elements
- Advanced English
What will put you ahead
- Previous experience of having implemented and developed an IATF QMS for a new plant.
- Familiar with OEM CSR (GM/VW/Ford/BMW etc.) is preferred
