About the Role:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You’ll assist clients via calls, emails, and messages, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in English and French (spoken and written).
- Resolve client issues efficiently using strong troubleshooting skills.
- Manage tasks and communications using PC and digital tools.

- Fluent in English and French (advanced spoken and written).
