We are seeking a Chief-level Full Stack Development Lead to drive solution architecture and hands-on delivery for an intelligent media backbone across production and distribution supply chain workflows. You will bridge application solution design with robust implementation, improving orchestration and observability to enable scalable operations—apply to help shape high-impact media platforms.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and application architecture for an intelligent media backbone

Translate high-level application solution design into executable technical plans and working software

Drive hands-on implementation in Python and full-stack frameworks to deliver scalable platform capabilities

Architect integrations and customizations that streamline pipeline workflow development

Design orchestration and observability capabilities across media supply chain ecosystems

Coordinate technical execution across multi-phase program milestones to ensure consistent delivery

Guide best practices for scalable, automated, and resilient workflow solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to map fragmented manual workflows into automated processes
-
Support media asset management use cases involving source and deliverable assets
-
Ensure delivered solutions enable continuous efficiency improvements and long-term operational excellence
Requirements

1+ years of experience in solution architecture and application architecture within complex delivery environments
-
2+ years of leadership experience as a technical execution lead bridging design and implementation
-
Strong project delivery skills across multi-phase, multi-year programs with cross-functional stakeholders

Expert Python development skills for scripting, integrations, and workflow automation

Advanced full-stack engineering skills to deliver scalable integrations and customizations

Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production, and post-production workflows

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation
