We're looking for a Sales Team Leader who is excited about building teams, coaching people, improving performance, and helping scale an innovative sales operation. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who enjoys developing people and creating systems that drive results.
This is more than managing a sales team—it's an opportunity to help build a new AI-assisted sales division from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, new sales associate and endorse for final interview to the sales manager.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and share details to the sales manager
- Ensure team members follow established sales processes and company standards.
- Work closely with AI tools and help the team leverage technology to increase efficiency.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans per member, collaborate with the sales manager to create effective solutions.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously improve workflows and processes.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
What We're Looking For
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong coaching with follow-through, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Able to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
- Tech-savvy and excited to work with AI-powered sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Experience hiring and training remote team members.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
