We are currently seeking an experienced Spanish Bilingual Dispatcher to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing schedules, handling inbound and outbound customer communications, and helping drive revenue through customer follow-ups and service rescheduling.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to make real-time scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency customer calls
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations
- Coordinate technician routes and daily schedules efficiently
- Communicate job details, updates, and schedule changes to field technicians
- Monitor job progress and ensure services are completed successfully
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Request customer reviews and ensure client satisfaction
- Contact previous customers for rescheduling opportunities and additional services
- Follow up with leads generated through advertising, events, referrals, and other marketing channels
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain accurate records and dispatch logs
- Provide daily reports and updates to management
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 6 months of dispatching experience in a home service, field service, or emergency service company
- Experience dispatching technicians, drivers, or field personnel to customer locations
- Appointment Setting experience is required
Requirements
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
- Willing to work Mountain Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Must have a reliable work-from-home setup
